Yo, I think this bill is straight up whack. Like, why we gotta keep authorizing funds for technology administration every few years? Can't we just set it and forget it? Seems like a waste of time and money to keep revisiting this issue. Plus, who knows if the funds are even being used effectively? I say we need some serious oversight on this bill before we just keep throwing money at it. Just my two cents.
