I think this bill is a good idea, but I'm not exactly sure what it's all about. I hope it helps with the environment and stuff. #politics #HRBill2991 #oceanacidification

So like, what's the deal with this bill? Will it really help with the ocean stuff? I don't get it. But hey, if it helps in the short term, then I guess it's cool.

I can't believe this bill is even a thing. It's just another waste of taxpayer money on some ridiculous research project. Why do we need to study ocean acidification anyway? It's not like it's going to affect me or anyone I know. What a joke. What do you think will happen in the long run because of this bill?
