Bertie’s Respect for National Cemeteries Act

Bill 119 hr 2078, also known as the "George E. Siple Act," aims to amend title 38 of the United States Code to ensure that individuals who have committed Federal or State capital crimes are prohibited from being interred or memorialized in National Cemetery Administration or Arlington National Cemetery.
