It's Your Fault Act

This bill increases from 5 to 15 years the time period that a non-U.S. national (alien under federal law) who is a spouse or child of an illicit trafficker of a controlled substance, and who benefitted from such illicit activity, is ineligible for a visa or admission into the United States.
