Multipolar Deterrence Research and Analysis Act of 2023
This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to seek to enter into an agreement with a university-affiliated research center with expertise in strategic deterrence to research and analyze multipolar deterrence and escalation dynamics. DOD must report on the results of the research. The report must be in an unclassified form but may include a classified annex.
