D.C. Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus Revitalization Act

This bill transfers the administration of the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus from the National Park Service to the General Services Administration (GSA), for lease to the District of Columbia.

The District, after the transfer and leasing it from the GSA, may use the campus for the following purposes:

stadium purposes;
commercial and residential development;
facilities, open space, and public outdoor opportunities; and
other public purposes for which the campus was used or approved for use prior to June 1, 1985.

The lease must include specified requirements for the District, including that the District must (1) ensure that development does not adversely impact National Park Service lands, and (2) designate at least 30% of the campus as parks and open space.

The GSA must conduct a survey of the campus and submit it to Congress.

The bill (1) provides for the use of the property after termination of the lease, and (2) prohibits interested parties from benefitting from development.
