Investing in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Act

This bill reauthorizes through FY2027 activities that support infant and early childhood mental health promotion, intervention, and treatment programs. It also authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to provide, directly or through grants or contacts with nonprofits, training and technical assistance related to such programs.
