Congressional Summary of S 4211
Promoting Innovation and Offering the Needed Escape from Exhaustive Regulations Act or the PIONEER Act
This bill establishes a federal regulatory sandbox program to allow businesses to apply for a temporary waiver from a federal regulation, guidance document, or any other document issued by an agency.
The bill establishes the Office of Federal Regulatory Relief to administer the program.
