Frontier Community Health Integration Project Extension Act or the FCHIP Extension Act

This bill reauthorizes the Frontier Community Health Integration Project (FCHIP) through August 1, 2024. (FCHIP is a demonstration project that aims to improve access to, and integration of, acute care, extended care, and other health services for Medicare beneficiaries in rural areas.)
