Battery and Critical Mineral Recycling Act of 2020
This bill generally provides for the reuse and recycling of batteries, including by directing the Department of Energy to award grants (1) to entities for battery recycling and reuse research, development, and demonstration projects; and (2) to state and local governments for battery collection, recycling, and reprocessing programs.
