A bill to amend the Act of August 18, 1941 (commonly known as the "Flood Control Act of 1941"), to authorize the Secretary to provide reimbursement to non-Federal sponsors for emergency response repair and restoration work, and for other purposes.

This bill authorizes the Army Corps of Engineers to reimburse nonfederal sponsors for qualifying planning, design, or construction activities related to the emergency response to natural disasters. Such reimbursements to nonfederal sponsors shall not be subject to certain annual limits on reimbursements for Corps of Engineers projects.
