Congressional Summary of S 3295

This bill authorizes the Army Corps of Engineers to reimburse nonfederal sponsors for qualifying planning, design, or construction activities related to the emergency response to natural disasters. Such reimbursements to nonfederal sponsors shall not be subject to certain annual limits on reimbursements for Corps of Engineers projects.
