Securing Our Skies Against Chinese Technology Act of 2020
This bill prohibits using federal funds to purchase a drone manufactured in China or by an entity controlled by the Chinese government. An executive agency may not provide funds to a private or state government entity unless the recipient certifies that it is not using such drones.
