Congressional Summary of HR 7069
DOD Water Assessment and Testing Enhanced Reporting Act of 2020 or the WATER Act of 2020
This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to report on the water scarcity evaluation practices used by DOD with respect to defense installations. Based on the results of the report, DOD must develop and implement a recurring water scarcity assessment at defense installations.
