Congressional Summary of HR 6373

This bill authorizes additional funds for FY2020 and FY2021 for expenditures under the Defense Production Act of 1950 for medical ventilators, personal protection equipment, and other medical supplies to respond to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).

The Department of Commerce must report every three months on such expenditures.
