REAL ID Extension Act of 2020
This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to grant to states an extension of the deadline by which they are required to meet requirements under the Real ID Act of 2005 until September 30, 2021. (Currently, travelers must obtain REAL ID-compliant driver's licenses by October 1, 2020, in order to board domestic flights.)
