STEP Reimbursement Act of 2020

This bill requires the Small Business Administration to reimburse any recipient of a grant under the State Trade Expansion Program for financial losses relating to a foreign trade mission or a trade show exhibition that was cancelled due to COVID-19 (i.e., the coronavirus disease 2019).

In addition, the bill authorizes a state that receives a grant under the program to revise their budget plan under certain circumstances.
