This bill requires the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness to issue public guidence to stakeholders and other affected parties on best practices for preparing for, preventing, containing, and responding to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), including specifically for vulnerable homeless populations.
