Northern Mariana Islands Coronavirus Emergency Assistance Act

This bill provides $100 million in appropriations to the Northern Mariana Islands for general government operations. The bill also requires the Department of Energy to draw down and sell up to $100 million of crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve for FY2020.
