To amend the Agricultural Act of 2014 to allow certain dairy operations to make a 1-time election to recalculate production history for purposes of dairy margin coverage.

This bill revises the Dairy Margin Coverage program of the Department of Agriculture to allow certain dairy operations to make a one-time election to recalculate their production history to be equal to the annual milk marketings of their dairy operation during the full calendar year before the enactment of this bill.
