Pilot Training Enhancement Act
This bill requires the Federal Aviation Administration to establish a Pilot Manual Reform Task Force to (1) provide recommendations with respect to the Airplane Flight Manual, Flightcrew Operating Manual, Quick Reference Handbook, Flight Crew Training Manual, and Memory Items for aircraft used to provide air transportation; and (2) assess pilot access to flight simulator training devices and pilot simulator training requirements.
