This bill reauthorizes through FY2025 a pilot program to evaluate the effectiveness of allowing nonfederal interests to carry out feasibility studies for flood risk management, hurricane and storm damage reduction, aquatic ecosystem restoration, and coastal harbor and channel and inland navigation.
