Safety Hazard and Recall Efficiency Information Act or the SHARE Information Act

This bill eliminates a manufacturer's ability to file a claim to prevent the public disclosure by the Consumer Product Safety Commission of certain product information (e.g., product safety warnings). The bill also increases the maximum civil penalty for consumer-product safety violations.
