Congressional Summary of HR 5441

This bill permanently extends the authority of the Department of the Interior to make grants and provide other assistance for the Essex National Heritage Area in Massachusetts.

The bill also repeals the limitation on the total amount of funding that may be appropriated for the heritage area.
