This bill delays the implementation of a ban on sponsoring or exhibiting live birds in fighting ventures (e.g., cockfights) in states and U.S. territories and possessions that do not ban such fights. In addition, the Department of Agriculture must analyze the impacts of the ban on U.S. territories and possessions.
