Public Health Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2019

This bill requires the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to (1) update its public health data systems; and (2) provide grants to state and local public health agencies to increase collaboration and information sharing in support of disease and health condition detection and public health emergency preparedness, among other objectives.
