Job Opportunities Between our Shores Act or the JOBS Act

This bill amends the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to direct the Department of Labor to make grants to or enter into contracts with eligible entities to carry out demonstration and pilot projects that provide education and training programs for jobs in advanced manufacturing.
