Advancing Research for Neurological Diseases Act of 2016

(Sec. 2) This bill amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to improve the collection of epidemiological and surveillance data on neurological diseases and conditions. HHS may provide support to public or nonprofit entities for such purpose. Collected data must be made available for biomedical research.
