Science Prize Competitions Act of 2016

This bill amends the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 regarding prize competitions, including to allow an agency to waive insurance requirements.

Each prize competition shall be published on a publicly accessible government website rather than in the Federal Register.
