Kingpin Designation Improvement Act of 2016
(Sec. 2) This bill amends the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act to allow classified information to be submitted to a reviewing court ex parte or in camera in a judicial review of a determination by the President that a foreign person is subject to sanctions as a significant foreign narcotics trafficker.
