Preservation Research at Institutions Serving Minorities Act or the PRISM Act

(Sec. 2) This bill makes Hispanic-serving institutions and Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving institutions of higher education eligible for technical and financial assistance from the Department of the Interior to establish preservation training and degree programs.
