Contract DescriptionTHE PURPOSE OF THIS TIME AND MATERIAL, LABOR HOUR, FIXED PRICE AND/OR HYBRID INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) IS TO ACQUIRE PROFESSIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, TRANSPORTATION SECURITY LABORATORY (TSL).
