THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CONTRACT(S) ARE TO: 1) PRODUCE EFFECTUAL, FLEXIBLE AND SUSTAINABLE RISK MAP PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALIGNED WITH USER NEEDS USING INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION PROCESSES, 2) STRENGTHEN BENEFICIAL PARTNERSHIPS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP IMPROVED UNDERSTANDING OF FLOOD RISK AND OTHER HAZARD INFORMATION AND FURTHER THE GOALS OF RISK MAP, AND 3) PROMOTE THE USE OF RISK MAP PRODUCTS THROUGHOUT THE RISK MAP LIFECYCLE AT THE LOCAL LEVEL FOR LOSS REDUCTION.
