THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES THE CONTRACTOR TO FURNISH ALL NECESSARY PERSONNEL WITH THE APPROPRIATE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES OR INCIDENTAL TO PERFORMING AND COMPLETING THE WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK.
