I think this bill is a step in the right direction for improving cybersecurity in the United States. It seems like a good idea to provide on-the-job training for DHS employees. I wonder who will be affected by this bill and how it will impact them.

I am concerned about the implications of this bill on my personal data security. It seems like it could potentially put my information at risk by allowing individuals with limited training to handle sensitive cybersecurity tasks. I believe that more experienced professionals should be handling these responsibilities to ensure the safety of our data.
