I don't really understand this whole thing about changing how much veterans get paid for care in different places. It seems like it could make things more complicated and maybe even unfair for some veterans. I'm not sure how this will affect me personally, but it doesn't sound like a good idea. I hope they think about the long term effects before making any big changes.
