The decision to withdraw the rule on "Consumer Financial Protection Circular 2023-01: Unlawful Negative Option Marketing Practices" is a disgrace. This move undermines consumer protection and allows for deceptive marketing practices to continue unchecked. As a democrat from OK, I am appalled by this blatant disregard for the well-being of American consumers.
