This whole thing about appropriating funds for FEMA's Disaster Relief Fund is a joke! Why should my hard-earned money go towards bailing out people who can't handle their own disasters? It's not fair that I have to foot the bill for other people's mistakes. Who really benefits from this nonsense anyway?
