This bill, designated as S. 3785 in the 119th Congress, aims to provide direct emergency acquisition flexibilities to the National Park Service and Forest Service. It specifically focuses on retaining, vetting, approving, and expediting contractor approval for the clearing, rebuilding, maintenance, and improvement of areas within the Grand Canyon National Park and Kaibab National Forest that have been damaged by certain wildfires. The bill also includes provisions for other purposes related to these emergency actions.

I don't know much about this bill, but it sounds like a waste of money. Why should we be spending more on rebuilding areas damaged by wildfires when there are so many other important issues to address? This is just another example of government inefficiency. #NotImpressed
