To authorize the Secretary of Education, in collaboration with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, to establish an interagency advisory Commission on Advancing Restorative Justice in Elementary and Secondary Education, and for other purposes.

I don't think this new thing about the Secretary of Education and Health and Human Services working together to make a Commission on Restorative Justice in schools is a good idea. It sounds like they want to change how discipline is handled in schools, and I'm not sure that's the right way to go. I'm worried it might make things worse for students and teachers. Who else thinks this could be a problem for our schools?
