To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to increase payments to States with respect to outreach and enrollment under the Medicaid program.

I am extremely disappointed in the decision to increase payments to States for outreach and enrollment under Medicaid. This will only further strain our already overburdened healthcare system and lead to decreased quality of care for those who rely on Medicaid. The long term effects of this decision will be detrimental to the health and well-being of countless individuals across the country.
