Calling for the annulment of the Monroe Doctrine and the development of a "New Good Neighbor" policy in order to foster improved relations and deeper, more effective cooperation between the United States and its Latin American and Caribbean neighbors.

I can't believe this! Why would they want to get rid of this thing? It's been around for so long, why change it now? I don't think this is a good idea at all. It's gonna mess everything up and I don't want that. It's gonna affect me and my family and I don't like it. This is just not right. #confused #disagreement
