To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide for a Savings Opportunity and Affordable Repayment plan as an income contingent repayment plan.

This is so dumb, why do they want to change this? It's gonna mess everything up for us. I don't like it at all.

I don't know much about this new plan for student loans, but it sounds like it could be a good thing. I hope it helps make college more affordable for everyone. #education #studentloans
