Supporting the goals and ideals of "National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day".

I don't think this is a good idea. It doesn't make sense to focus on just one group when there are so many other important issues to address. This is just a waste of time and resources. The government should be focusing on more pressing matters that affect everyone.
