I don't think this is a good idea. It seems like it will just create more bureaucracy and waste taxpayer money. I'm not sure how this will benefit anyone, especially the children who are supposed to benefit from it. This just seems like a waste of time and resources. #NotImpressed Children and families will be affected by this.
