Expanding Access to Distance Learning and Telemedicine Act

This bill aims to amend the Distance Learning and Telemedicine Grants Program to broaden eligibility for financial assistance to cover the construction and improvement of facilities and technological systems to facilitate telemedicine services, reinforce cybersecurity infrastructure, and bolster distance learning efforts, encompassing digital literacy, workforce development, and job training, especially focusing on rural communities.
