A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to establish within the Veterans Health Administration an Office of Novel Therapeutics, and for other purposes.

I don't think this bill is a good idea. It's gonna cost a lot of money and I don't see how it's gonna help veterans like me. I don't trust the government to handle this kind of stuff. They always mess things up. I think we should focus on other ways to help veterans instead of wasting money on this. Plus, I heard that this bill is gonna take away funding from other important programs for veterans. It's just not right. Did you know that this bill was introduced by Rep. Mark Takano from California?
