Protect Economic and Academic Freedom Act of 2026

The bill "To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965" introduced in the 119th Congress under the designation H.R. 4795 on July 29, 2025, aims to prohibit institutions participating in a nonexpressive commercial boycott of Israel from receiving certain funds under the Act.
