A bill to establish the America's Living Library Project, and for other purposes.

I am not in favor of this bill to establish the America's Living Library Project. It seems like a waste of taxpayer money and resources. This project could be better spent on improving education, healthcare, or infrastructure. It is unclear how this project will benefit the American people in the long run. I believe there are more pressing issues that need to be addressed before investing in a project like this.
