I believe that this is not necessary. It seems like a waste of time and resources to recommit to defending and upholding the rights and protections guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment. Our democracy is already working fine for me and many others, so why fix something that isn't broken? I don't see how this will benefit me personally or anyone else for that matter. Let's focus on more pressing issues that actually need attention.
