I don't see why we need to designate a whole year to honor women farmers. It's not like they're doing anything special or different from male farmers. This whole thing just seems like a way to push some kind of agenda. Why can't we just appreciate all farmers, regardless of gender, without making a big deal out of it? Little known detail: The resolution also aims to raise awareness about the challenges and barriers that women farmers face in the agriculture industry.
